Reflexology is based on the discovery that the hands & feet reflect the whole body. Different parts of the body responding to stimulus in the corresponding areas on the hands & feet. reflexology helps restore balance in the body by allowing vital energy to flow freely. It is also deeply relaxing.

Indian Head Massage works on the body's energy centres: the head, neck & shoulders. If you are stressed, angry or tired, tension tends to accumulate in these areas leading to stiff necks, sore shoulders, headaches, eye strain or even hair loss. Indian head massage can release blockages & relieve the build-up of tension.

Is an ancient holistic therapy more commonly known as Hopi Ear Candling, It has been handed down through the generations to become a popular treatment today, to help reduce stress and balance one's energy. It is beneficial for softening compacted ear wax, tinnitus, colds, flu, sore throats, neuralgia, sinusitis, headache and migraines.
The treatment uses a hollow tubed candle, made from woven cotton, bees wax and beta carotene with the addition of essential oils to enhance treatment. The Candles are placed in the client's ear and then lit, where the gentle heat generated allows for the candle's soothing and balancing action to take place. Treatment lasts approximately 8-12 minutes per ear, during which the client will hear a crackling or fizzing noise, this is the wax vapourising.
Once both ears have been treated a soothing facial massage is carried out to encourage lymphatic and sinus drainage, whilst promoting the feeling of relaxation.
