Welcome to Amethyst. At Amethyst I offer a range of Holistic treatments to destress and soothe mind and body.
The word Holistic means ‘whole’. In using a Holistic treatment you are treating the whole person bringing peace and calm to both the emotional mind and the physical body.
I became interested in Holistic Therapies four years ago when I trained in Reiki and went on to complete my Master/Teacher training. I decided to return to college and gained a VTCT Certificate in Reflexology, a VTCT Diploma in Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage and a VTCT Certificate in Swedish Massage. My training is continuing and I have recently completed my certificate in Hot Stone Massage.
